Paper Submission and Proceedings

Submission Guidelines

Papers reporting original and unpublished research results and experience are solicited. Papers will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Accepted and presented papers will be the conference proceedings as one of Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS)/Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE) series published by Springer (indexed by EI and SCOPUS). An extended abstract (1~2 pages) is also allowed to be submitted, but the corresponding full paper should be submitted as its camera-ready version, if the extended abstract is accepted after the review process. Submissions should include abstract, key words, the e-mail address of the corresponding author, and must not exceed 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. Submissions imply the willingness of at least one author to register, attend the conference, and present the paper.
